“Mind you we order pizza 1 or 2 times every week. After a long day at work I didn't wanna cook it that'll be a good To order pizza so. After placing a order trying to get a credit for chicken sub that was literally burnt. She had an instant attitude. I think you would call her a manager She was the scariest manager I've ever met named Tommy She was very rude she hung up in our face we tried to call back About 9 times she did not answer then we pulled this is what happened I will never ever order from here again I don't know if she didn't want to deal with me because I was black or not. Do not repeat do not buy from here.@@@@@@@#@@@####@###@###@# Review About 1 week now of back-and-forth /16 emails with the general manager she gave me a credit for a sub that I'd never was credit for . I'm never coming back to this marco's again. The manager blatantly Did not care about the situation. If they don't care about black customers do not go here!! “OK, new update as of November 2025. Marcos seems to be the only local pizza joint who will actually deliver a pizza with their own drivers?… If you've not noticed, it's really hard to find somebody who doesn't use the stupid DoorDash BS! That's the very first thing I asked Before ordering any pizza. Anyways, the bro, who came by tonight deliver me a absolutely delicious pizza Dun exactly like I asked I made sure to tip him really well. At the end of the day, it comes back to customers service! Everybody has to get a hold of that even if it cost you a little more on the front end… I may be old schooled, but I've made millions of dollars as a businessman and I know what works and doesn't!“

“Great food! Great service! We come here at least a few times a month and have had Rylee before. She is super friendly, while always being very attentive to our needs. Our drinks were never empty and each course came out with perfect timing. Thank you Rylee for making this night out for us special!!!! We also had the manager check on us twice during our dinner. Once again 5 stars ⭐️ from us!!“
