“Sigh.... Enchiladas Verdes and happiness ?I did not expect to get this quality of food inside a small grocery store / taqueria in the small town of LaGrange. Needless to say, much goodness has been discovered today. I'm absolutely stuffed silly (yes I ate that whole plate), but it's alllll gooood as they say. Just a wild guess, but I believe the tortillas were either fresh made or at least not mass market style. They tasted like fresh made. The Verde was nice and thick and carried a nicely balanced amount of heat, as did the chicken enchiladas. Will definitely definitely be back for seconds and thirds ?. The wife says the chorizo is some of the best she's had in quite a while.We also walked the small store. I've noted a few items I'll be back for, hashtag molasses cookie cake? Cake cookies? Idk but they are whispering their way into my subconscious right now.If you're in town on a visit and want as authentic as you can get Mexican food, this is the place to get it. Give them a try. “Trios is one our favorite places to get a quick bite. The nachos are the best item on the menu. I get it Spicy. The food is fresh and flavorful. Not a fan of their salsa. They had a fresh salsa when they opened then changed to something less than good.“
