“Darcy did the groom's cake for my now husband which was an acoustic guitar, and the final product was so believable that one family member thought it was a real guitar and accidentally left fingerprints on it! Darcy was incredible to work with and asked great questions to make sure we were on the same page - she really made the process so easy, and the cake itself was absolutely incredible!“

“I met the owner and artisanal baker of Sweet Detente. Scrolling through the website, I spotted a pastry that I just had to try. Robin makes a pastry called Mamoul filled with tantalizing combinations of fruit, spices, and nuts. I selected the pistachio/rose Mamouls, but also got to try the sour cherry/almond one. They were delicious beyond my comprehension! If you serve these desert pastries to guests, don't be upset if they leave you just a tiny morsel of them on the plate. It wouldn't be their fault - their impulse control would be muted by the deliciousness of Robin's pastries!“

“My family and I came to GA from Fl for some fall foliage and nature. We were looking for a quick breakfast place and found this spot. The owners were kind and made us feel right at home. Some of the best pan de muerto I have tried. Very fresh. There atole de arroz con leche was also so yummy. Love this side of town, can’t wait to visit again.“

“This location is very centrally located to all of the other restaurants and businesses nearby. It’s right next to a pizza place, across the street from Costco and down the road from the Outlet Mall. It’s a quaint little place, very cute decor and clean. When I first walked in the workers were nowhere to be seen but they quickly emerged from the back. They took my order and I was in and out within maybe 2 minutes? They were very nice and pleasant to deal with. I got a lemon cake and it was moist and delicious. The icing is a bit overwhelming with sweetness so I usually scrape some off and it’s a good amount.

My only complaint is that their hours are a bit short. If you are doing errands in the area, you should stop by here first before the other places or it’ll be closed by the time you make it there.“

“I tried the Vodka and the Marinara sauces recently. I tried them straight up with pasta, nothing else added, and was totally impressed. I'm a bit of a "foodie" and these were top-notch. I would pick this over any selection on a supermarket shelve and even over the majority of restaurant offerings. In short, the best sauce out there. Impressive.“

“Kroger, is definitely a store that whatever my family and I need, they always have.
Very seldom , I might not be able to find the item I'm needing.
That's usually rare , when that happens.
I do love Kroger's cream horn, that they sell in the bakery.
I would definitely say....the best of any other grocery store around.“

Today after adding a side of avocado to my salad, and getting a bruised slice of avocado I was really disgusted. I was given another glop of avocado, but why serve less than desirable looking food? Can food service care about the attitudes of their servers and the quality of what is being served?“
