So I just went to pick up my cookie cake for my birthday and I wanted to take advantage of your offer for 12 free cookies. We called ahead and asked about the deal and an associate said it would be no problem to honor it. Well we just came to pick it up and the associates here would not approve the deal. This should be a non issue with the number of emails I have received....read full review

The cake tastes good but it looks like a kid did the art work and writing. I wont be ordering from this location again.
