Football sized burritos loaded with whatever you ask and more salsa options than that 31 flavors place has ice cream...not kidding. I had to wait 10 minutes for the food and 8 of that was her telling me the salsa options :)“

“I hadn't been to Panera Bread since the early 2000s, and I was pleasantly surprised! The restaurant has changed a lot, but it's still a great place to stop. The cashier was especially friendly and welcoming, which made for a great first impression.

The coffee was fresh, I enjoyed a bagel, and my friend said the turkey avocado sandwich was delicious and very juicy. The dining area was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for our small group to spread out our papers and letter-writing materials for the morning. It was a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere, and we'll definitely be back!“

“My croissant was wonderful! Eggs were so fluffy and the fruit salad was a great portion with yummy strawberries, watermelon, and grapes. My only complaint is they should change the coffee bean it’s has a very acidic and almost citrus taste, a darker more mellow roast would be better.

When you can’t decide between sweet or savory, the owner offers life advice… “life is short, eat dessert first.” I could not decide what sweet treat to get but the cashier recommended one of their cinnamon rolls as that is his favorite. They were also coming out fresh just past 8am, so how could I say no? There’s cranberry-something in the middle and it tastes as magical as Christmas morning is supposed to feel. When you walk in, it just feels like a homey, family atmosphere which progresses throughout the day as local people come in and are greeted with a loving familiarity. I believe the owner was going around greeting people personally and helping customers however he could, making me and others feel warm and welcome. That just makes the food even better, ya know? For savory, I went with a sausage, egg and cheese pie and the lamb curry pie. Chips on the side are crispy and delish. There’s malt on the table if that’s your style. Both came out very hot. The lamb curry was a perfect flavor like Australian shepherd’s pie. The dough/crust of both have a unique flavor: maybe a taste of Australia. I’ve never been but I imagine that’s what it is. Authentic! Yummy yummy yummy! I got an eclair to go for my dad that I know he’s going to love. Portions are great. Definitely a fair price…All that for $22. Leave a tip in the jar. “I'm in Cartersville GA on a business trip. I only go to local restaurants so I asked many locals about Nagel's Bagels before I finally decided to go. Many folks had nothing but positive praise and vibes about it. I absolutely love a good bagel and I have to say they didn't disappoint me at all. This place is definitely a top 3 bagel in my book and I've had bagels in many locations across the country.

I ordered a jalapeno asiago bagel with bacon, ham, sausage and pepper jack cheese. OMG it was delicious. The bagel itself was tasty not overpowered by the jalapeno. Bacon made to perfection. Ham and sausage were also good. Melted cheese topping it off. Top 3 of all the bagel restaurants I've ever been to.

The restaurant itself is clean, cozy, and comfortable. There is plenty of seating. Downtown location with plenty of parking along the street.“

“Food was good and fine for what I paid for. The experience was bad and it could have mostly been fixed with more experienced staff or a more customer oriented view.

Went in ordered, received the wrong order and when I said something it wasn’t offered to be fixed or refunded. Then my mother went to the soda fountain and when getting her drink the fountain exploded on her. She tried cleaning up with napkins and staff just looked at her and then after a few minutes offered to help her by giving her a towel. My mother then tried to get her soda and it was flat. After notifying staff they begrudgingly tried to fix it to no avail.

Overall, could have been a 5 star experience with a few little changes in how the staff approached our misfortunes while dining in.

I appreciate the business owner or managers reply. Thank you for trying to make it better. Sadly your efforts went unnoticed at the time. I see now you tried to make a bad situation better. We will stop by again in the future. Thank you for your care.“

I called to get a refund or re-delivery and was told that I would have to go into the location, identify myself and they would give me my coffee, but they couldn't do a refund, and didn't offer a re-delivery. This was from a Manager and she was very kind and professional and seemed genuinely sorry for not being able to do more. Regardless, the reason I needed delivery is because I can't go into the location. I ordered through the Panera App because they deliver. $21 for 6 bagels and cream cheese. Perhaps you should put a warning on your website.“
