“This was my first time at tropical smoothie Café in Canton Georgia. I got a chocolate protein shake and a chicken and egg wrap. It was all delicious and I would have loved another chicken wrap. Parking can be somewhat difficult depending upon the time you come. The store was clean and the employees were friendly.“

“I wanted to share my experience today (July 22, 2022) at the Roswell, GA location around 1pm. There were only 2 people working when I visited. There were about 12-15 people waiting for their orders + people coming in and out picking up online orders. These 2 women never seemed overwhelmed and were KILLING IT. They were both head down getting it done. One in the kitchen and the other making smoothies. As I looked around, of course all the customers looked annoyed and impatient. I'm not even sure if they realized there were only 2 people working, but I wanted to share how amazing the employees were doing. “When I went today to pick up my food, I found that only Sam was working behind the counter alone today. Sam did an amazing job with my food and the smoothies were ready to go. But the fact that he is opening the store ALONE is ridiculous! Management needs to ensure their employees are not ALONE. That's a safety problem! Sam had multiple customers to serve alone and one of them was being nasty to him over lids, as if Sam could control the types of lids in stock! Sam deserves recognition and a raise to be manning all the stations alone!
Any employee to be the only person in a store is not safe, the doors should've stayed locked, and the store could've taken online orders only until another manager or employee showed up. Do better for your employees like Sam! Great work Sam!“
