“When ordering at the drive-through window, it would be nice if the order taker didn’t say “Anything else” after each item before you have time to add on the second or third item. Poor service makes you feel rushed to make your order. The donuts, however, were fresh! Coffe spot on“
“First I am soooooo Happy this DD is here, perfer this over the coffee shop starting with an S,I have read some of the reviews and I find it hard to believe that some have given Bad reviews especially about management,I have personally witnessed management and team members going above and beyond for customers who are and can be difficult because of impatience,sometimes you have to wait a few extra minutes for things,you can't just walk in and go ahead of the Class but anyway( just my opinion) I love the staff in this facility,great bunch of people and I have always received great customer service and NOT just when the district manager is there,She is also AWESOME!!!!!“
