My spinach salad with salmon was delectable, yet it barely had enough greens. I chuckled, not really, wondering if they were taxing spinach! Our friends faced the same plight, with scant lettuce and minuscule croutons. A little more generosity with the portions could elevate this delightful eatery even further.
