Maybe there are more people than not who would stand on line in your restaurant for more than 10 minutes, but I am not one of them. I commend staff who did offer an apology for the slow service, but when you seek “fast food” Wendy’s needs to do better. Living in Columbus in the 60’s and 70’s, Wendy’s became our favorite for overall quality, but attention needs to be directed to better service and efficiency. I placed a online order to speed up time progress so I can get off work, pick up my food and go home. Which is kinda what happened except 5 of my things were wrong, not left out but made wrong and they refused to give it to me or remake it. All I wanted was my food that I paid for which they refused to give which would be STEALING.
