went today for breakfast ordered two large meals one the cajun filet combo the other a sausage biscuit combo, the cajun filet was burnt and stale, the coffe was also burnt , with the sausage biscuit the bo rounds were cold and old , its sad because bojangles used to be the best place for breakfast
This AI drive thru situation has got to go. Nothing starts off a terrible interaction more than an AI experience.
Ordered ahead on their app. Called when I got there for curbside pick up was told it’ll be a couple of minutes. 10 minutes later I call back informed that they are short staffed and it’d be quicker if I went through the drive-thru to get my food. Drive-thru was wrapped around the building so I went inside. There were 10 to 15 staff members walking around doing nothing. This isn’t the first time this is occurred and I won’t be back.
