Bojangles is a popular spot, often busy with a line for morning biscuits. The Cajun Chicken biscuit is a top seller, and the potato rounds are perfectly spiced. The management is friendly and willing to resolve any issues. While some customers have experienced issues with orders, such as incorrect toppings or payment processing, the restaurant generally provides good eats. The drive-through experience is enhanced by an AI voice that many customers find makes the visit twice as enjoyable. Some visitors have praised the taste of the Chicken Bo-berry waffle, describing it as so good it should be illegal, and the Bo-tatoes as steaming nuggets of heaven. The white country gravy is also highly recommended for its creamy and buttery flavor. Despite occasional hiccups, Bojangles remains a favorite among locals, including those with special needs or dietary restrictions. With a little improvement in training and order accuracy, it’s a great place to give a shot.
