Maybe there are more people than not who would stand on line in your restaurant for more than 10 minutes, but I am not one of them. I commend staff who did offer an apology for the slow service, but when you seek “fast food” Wendy’s needs to do better. Living in Columbus in the 60’s and 70’s, Wendy’s became our favorite for overall quality, but attention needs to be directed to better service and efficiency. Despite occasional service issues, many find the staff attentive and the experience pleasant, making it a good choice for a quick meal.
