“Upon entering, I noticed the space was very open and inviting. I placed my order with the cashier, who was very polite, although she spoke so softly that it was hard to hear her. However, I couldn’t help but notice that the tables and floors needed some attention and cleaning. One concern I had was with an employee's tone when I heard her addressing an order from another customer. There’s definitely room for improvement in how customer concerns are handled. Overall, there’s potential for a better experience with a little more focus on cleanliness and customer service.“

“My husband and I drove to this location from Hinesville, we were welcomed in by very friendly manager and team. Food was hot and fresh, biscuits were amazingly fresh and the manager made sure we had everything before we left. This is one of the best locations we have been to and we will choose this location on our next visit to Popeye’s!“
