“Upon entering, I noticed the space was very open and inviting. I placed my order with the cashier, who was very polite, although she spoke so softly that it was hard to hear her. However, I couldn’t help but notice that the tables and floors needed some attention and cleaning. One concern I had was with an employee's tone when I heard her addressing an order from another customer. There’s definitely room for improvement in how customer concerns are handled. Overall, there’s potential for a better experience with a little more focus on cleanliness and customer service.“

“The food is really good. But most of the time after you place your order you have to wait while they cook it. Cause many of times they don't have the food ready so you have to wait while they fry your chicken strips or your chicken. It's made when ordered. Not fast food at all“
