I went to this Chipotle around 7 PM and placed a mobile order. I was in the drive-through waiting for less than 15 seconds. I was greeted by a Hispanic man with a collared shirt who is very friendly and handed in my food and made sure I got utensils and extra sauces like I asked for.
The portioning was amazing. He made sure I was well taken care of, I also saw him helping another guest by the register while he was grabbing me a vinaigrette.

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my experience. When I arrived, there were only two customers ahead of me and no one in the drivethru, and the service was quite slow. The staff did not appear to be attentive to the customers.
One employee prepared the first two orders in front of me while another employee stood by without assisting. Eventually, the employee handling the orders asked the other employee to take care of my order because they wanted to step away....read full review
