“Walked into the food court starving and hadn’t eaten at the hotdog factory before. Had the Smashburger and my mom got the New Yorker hotdog. I devoured mine in an instant because it was insanely good and my mom loved her meal as good as mine . Osmara did an amazing job with her service. She double checked our order and made my mom super happy best thing you could ask for when you’re starving to death!“

“The food was really good! I got the avocado toast with egg and my friend got a crepe, and both were good. The inside is also so pretty and has such a cute vibe.
The only downside was that the service was pretty slow. There was only one server working, but she was doing her best and was super sweet and attentive. I think having another person helping her out would’ve made things run a lot smoother.
I also tried the matcha, it didn’t really taste like matcha. It was pretty sweet, but it didn’t taste bad. Overall, I’d definitely come back for the food and the atmosphere.“

“Stopped by Mr. Cow in Sugarloaf Mills for a post-movie snack! It’s been a minute since I’ve had a Korean corn dog, so I went with my usual: the mozzarella with potato. You just can’t beat that combo of crispy potato and melty, stretchy cheese.
The server suggested adding a topping, and while I usually stick to the basics, I decided to try the honey butter this time.
Honestly? It was alright, but I’ve learned my lesson. I should have stuck to my guns and skipped the extra topping. Regardless, the quality could have been better as this one should have cooked a little bit longer. Some of the dough was still raw.
If you’re at the mall and need a quick, satisfying bite, this is definitely a go-to.

“Food is genuinely good, but I took a star off because a single taco is way overpriced @$4.75. Nestled in a gas station, (no qualms about that) the wait is not long at all and a good place to get a quick me mexican dinner before getting back home.“

“Nothing frozen. Fries are not frozen & made from whole real potatoes. Meat is also not frozen. I am not a high fan of burgers & fries BUT fresh beats frozen every time!! They give you way more than advertised on the fries. All the toppings are included.“

“I have no complaints! But I do have a request, it's a long shot but closed mouths don't get fed. You guys have GOTS TO add BISCOFF to the Milkshake Menu! I often go to Steak N' Shake for a Biscoff milkshake, then go to Cookout for my burgers and fries, it would be nice if you guys judt added it to your menu, and turned my two trips into one!“

“slow service found garbage in my taco with wire from a scrubing pan I cut my tongue while chewing the tacos it was a scary and traumatizing experience I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone“
