Arby's in Kennesaw

“I went through the drive thru a few weeks ago to order food for the family. We were asked to pull ahead as they needed to drop some fresh tenders for our order. Which was not a big deal. We got our food and headed home. To our surprise the tenders were accidentally left out by mistake. I called the store and the manager (Kevin) took my name and number and offered to remake what was left off and a meal to make things right. I accepted. Tonight, Kevin honored his word and I appreciate that. Kevin exemplifies what customer service is. Kevin went above and beyond and it felt refreshing to have such a positive experience at a fast food chain. Thank You Kevin for your hard work. You are truly appreciated.“

“The shift manager working tonight, I see him there all the time. He is AMAZING at his job! Incredible manager. Seriously, give this man a promotion with a fat raise, he's got leader written all over him. Nothing special ever happens, so I'm not writing this review for any specific reason other than that he is GREAT! The food is ALWAYS perfect when he's there and ofcourse the service is on point.“
