So the restaurant is clean and nice. I placed my order through the app a spicy chicken sub with marinara. The franchise owner won't let customers get marinara sauce unless you get a meat ball sub.
Even though you can do that through the app. I can't have red meat due to digestion issues. The staff was nice about it but I wonder if firehouse corporate knows. I really am gonna question other locations now. No wonder it has 2 stars on yelp.
