“You know it's a legit Indian restaurant when you walk in and it's packed with mostly Indians. Definitely a hole in the wall type place, but these are usually the best. You come to these types of places for the food. It seems like a family run business and they are doing their best.Seems like most dishes are cooked to order. The butter chicken was pretty good but the star of the show was the biryani. It was a huge portion of amazing goodness. The owner was also super nice and generous to give me two extra servings of raita (yogurt sauce) to take with my leftovers. I would definitely go back.“
“Came back here a second time after dining with my girlfriend here on a whim for valentines day. It is absolutely delicious! Place was surprisingly pretty empty both times I came, so obviously the word has not gotten out. I have eaten Indian food at two other places in Cobb county and none compare to this place taste in terms of food quality, taste, and temperature nor restaurant cleanliness and atmosphere, nor customer service. I ordered the chicken kadai and it was delicious, and I also got a dessert that was recommended to me that I cannot spell or pronounce the name of unfortunately. Last time I was here I got samosas and those were good as well. Definitely come here for a fine dining experience!“
“Super cool place. Haven't dined in here but ordered takeout twice. One time at the beginning if the New Year as well as a couple of days ago.Takeout process was simple and ordered a good amount of food. Food portions are relatively good in general especially when comparing to other places. I would say this restaurant is more about quality control over quantity which is admirable.Ordered Chicken Vindaloo and Madras as well as Chana Masala and Garlic Naan.Vibdaloo ordered Hot spice level. Didn't disappoint. In fact just a bit too difficult to put down all at once. Might order that Medium plus next time. Really like the potatoes mixed in. Very lovely flavor.Chicken Madras was a lot more my style. Very aromatic and moist. Chana Masala was splendid as well. I find most places tend to have watery Chana Masala but this was a lot thicker which is perfect because Chick peas really can absorb the flavor additions.Garlic Naan was good. 1 large Naan cut in half with garlic and coriander leaves sprinkled on. Good accompaniment to the rice. Lots of dipping action with the sauce from the mains. Will have to try the fish, lamb and goat next time. Chicken dishes seem super safe and very much are going to be a rotation favorite of mine when I order in the future.Give it 5 stars for service as there was no hold up plus looking at other reviews it seems service is very much up to standard. Interior is very lovely but the booths look out of place. Could use a modernized update with seating but the white, red and gold accents should be kept. Really like the atmosphere. Will come again, maybe for the buffet next time. Cheers.“
“One of the best Indian food restaurants we’ve visited. The food is so flavorful! Lots of selection from a really good menu. The staff was friendly. The food was so delicious! The butter chicken, chicken tikka masala, dahl makani and the roti were all yummy!! I highly recommend Pinch of Spice!“
“Really good food. They have a very extensive menu with so many items.Pani puri : it was pretty good but the "pani" tasted a little off. Maybe it was frozen or a mixture but something tasted different.Samosa chart - good as usualSeekh kabob - amazingChicken pakora- it was okChicken Tikka biryani - this was the star of the show and I'll def get this again??“
“This place is awesome. They do a really good take out. The online ordering is easy and everything is packed neatly for you to bring home. The food is excellent. They do a good job of controlling the spice level to your preference so if you like it mild or on the hotter side you will be happy with what you get. We order from here at least once a month.“
“First of all, it's nice to see more Indian restaurants opening up near Kennesaw and Woodstock areas. We visited Chaska on Saturday for dinner and I'd say it's a decent Indian restaurant overalll. We were greeted as soon as we stepped in and were shown to our table. The atmosphere and decor was very nice and Insta worthy. The location was easy to find as well.We had ordered Pani puri shots, Idle and sambhar, Chaska special Tikka masala, garlic Naan and rice.I would say their Pani puri was the highlight of the day since we ended up ordering 2. We left like the Chaska special Tikka was good but could have been a better with little more spices and some chili (would definitely provide my feedback to server when I go again) and the Naan felt like they served frozen once and bit thick. The idli sambhar was very Good and my daughter really enjoyed it.We'll definitely go back here and try other dishes.“
“I have been under the weather and decided to have something new and spicy because spicy foods always make me excited. I ordered the butter chicken and butter naan, and I am so happy. I can’t tell you the last time I had good naan. Thank you for your food service, it’s absolutely delicious!“
“Had an amazing time when we went for dinner at the weekend. Food was some of the best we’ve had locally and the cocktails were yummy. Our requests very accommodated right away and nothing was too much. Fantastic customer service. We will be back soon.“
“Excellent all vegetarian restaurant! This place also has lots of vegan and gluten free options. Will definitely be coming back! Also this restaurant's atmosphere is peaceful with music playing. There are no obnoxious distracting TV's on the wall! Much easier to converse with the people you are eating with.Vegetarian options: Everything on the menu is vegetarian. Excellent vegetarian Indian food!“
“I have mixed feelings about this restaurant. The biryani is consistently excellent, and the weekend specials never disappoint. I've tried a few different dishes, and each one has been literally swimming in oil. It's like they're trying to make up for the lack of flavor with an excess of grease. However, the service is slow, and the wait times are unreasonably long. Additionally, the waiters( I dont know his name) often persuade us to order more than we can finish, resulting in waste. Despite these issues, the biryani and weekend specials keep us coming back.“
“The food was very delicious—but we were overcharged for a few items—didn’t notice until we got home (we were driving through the area). I tried multiple times contacting the restaurant with no success—so this made our experience less than wonderful. Watch what you are charged afterwards“
“I moved away from GA, and I miss Moon Indian! It was great Indian food near Marietta, Kennesaw. I miss the Chicken Manchurian, Chili Chicken, and butter chicken from here. We ate in the restaurant before, too, and they had good I service. The food takes a while to prepare, but I thought the wait was worth it. Now, I am on the other side of the country, and no Indian food tastes as good. I am not Indian, but my husband is, and we both both enjoyed this place.“
“I ended up ordering from here by accident (mistook it for a place 5 minutes from me) and drove 25 minutes to get there. I don’t regret it. The pizza was delicious and toppings were well-cooked — chicken on pizza can sometimes be dry, but not here. It was well-seasoned and juicy and made a great combo with the pizza. Owner was also very nice, and the prices are several dollars cheaper than places that aren’t nearly as good. I’d recommend it for halal and non-halal needs.“
“This was our first time trying Pakistani food. The gentleman at the entrance was very friendly and patiently explained the various menu items. The food was DELICIOUS!I highly recommend trying something new. This was a HIT!!THE FOOD AND SERVICE WERE OUTSTANDING.“
“I went to this restaurant for lunch few days ago. I checked with one of the employees if any special item is available other than the regular menu. She told me to try Ghee rost mutton biryani. I tried it. It was awesome. Thanks for the employee. I prefer to go here and order the same for my next visit.“
“10/10. Food was great and owners were so sweet! We ordered a chicken tikka wrap, onion bhaji, and butter chicken combo, which came with enough for two (curry, naan, rice, and salad). Everything was served piping hot! The curry wasn’t too spicy either. After sitting in our car to eat, the shop owner/chef came out to check on us. We told him how delicious it was, and a few minutes later he came baring gifts- two galub jamuns!! So kind!! We will be back, and I hope you check them out too! :)“
