My son was stung by a bee while waiting in line. They were swarming us. There is clearly an issue that needs to be addressed because it creates a very unsafe and unpleasant situation for guests.

Update: I appreciate the owner's kind explanation prompt response to my concern. We hope to return next time we visit the park and we'll be a little more vigilant.

I have been to multiple locations in multiple different states, and sorry to say. This location was a let down. Every time we go, the snow cones have always had amazing freshly shaved ice, but when we went here, it felt like they shaved the ice and then put it in the freezer until use. It felt like we were eating tiny ice cubes instead of shaved ice. I am a huge fan of having enough syrup to cover all of the ice, ensuring the flavor to the last bite. But this was crazy, it was like eating chunky ice soup, it was absolutely drowning. The syrup covered our hands, napkins and the ground below. I absolutely love this chain, but not this location.

Great flavors and the kids loved it. Great place to side outside. Plus the park is across the street so you and the kids can work off the yummy treats.

Yummy!!! Just like home! I was torn between cotton candy and wedding cake so I got both! Half CC, Half WC. Chefs kiss!

The service was very fast, and I've never had a better snowball than they have.

Family favorite! Every time im passing by a location, I can't help but stop to try another new flavor. Been a loyal customer for years and I get something different every time but still haven't tried everything.

Make sure to get your receipt

I stopped here and got two snow cones for my two kids which came out to 9 dollars. I paid with my credit card and I saw the tip screen come up, but then it immediately disappeared, Which I didn't think anything of at the time. I didn't ask for my receipt which I should have, because after I looked at my credit card statement I saw they charged me $10, which means the person working the register added a dollar tip without my authorization. If you go here, make sure you pay in cash or get your receipt in case the cashier tries to add a tip for you.

seemed like the ramp to enter had been washed , it was all soapy yet no sign was put up unless you looked down and near slipped from how much water there was . The lights on the area to order were off , snow cones had a soapy after taste , teenagers working definitely seemed like they were ready to go and over it even an hour + before closing

I got there at 8:20 and they were already closing. The floor had been wet of soap and the lights were turned off.

My kids love pelicans but we will not be going back. There are always bees everywhere and today my husband was stung while waiting in line. Something needs to be done.

Finally gave this place as try after driving by for years. The snocones were very yummy! We got a kids unicorn and kids dinosaur.

When we arrived no one was in front of us, but no one came to the window for about 10 minutes. I almost left, but my kids really wanted to stay. Finally someone came to the window with someone’s order who was waiting in their car. A “be with you in a minute” would have been lovely. While waiting, there were a dozen bees flying around and only a tiny patio to stay under to get away from the sun. After we ordered, it took another 10 minutes to get our order. We luckily live 2 minutes down the street, so we took ours home to eat. They had 3 picnic tables available, but they were scorching hot. We could not have eaten in our car, because I have young kids and that would have been a mess. Really wish they would have had a better area to sit and eat.
