“My wife and I visited this establishment in Kennesaw 1600 New West Rd. Suite 201 on the evening of December 12, 2025.Found two young men working there very polite. David has exceptional service. Our sandwich was served hot and hit the spot. Ample ingredients. Will visit again.“
“Great place for lunch. I read the review about the customer alleging the thrown sandwich by the man working the counter. I was sitting by the window when this happened. Not only did I not see the employee throw anything, the customer came out of her car, entered the store, and threw the sandwich into the store and left. I think the employees who work there are great and see them put up with many poorly behaved customers“
“I still sat down to eat (after watching this fiasco unfold ) the manager was quick and efficient although his employee talked so bad about him for no apparent reason to me . he literally from what he told me just got there AFTER renovations . I think that his employees need to be put in check I stood there for 10 minutes listening to this one young lady yap her mouth about what he doesn’t know how to do yet he surpassed her by TAKING my order(after he was done in the kitchen) I then , (might I say after The gentleman made my order faster than she could talk.) sat down and saw basically his employee really has some really low down hatred towards him I could never understand why he never stood up for himself to the nonsense! He needs to get it together or he will be her dogfood I really feel bad for him due to his staff I seen the past two months I’ve been there but with the right PEOPLE I think this store will be ok with the new leadership . The Food was sub par I’d go again as long as he makes it.“

“There was only one person working but he was managing very well. That's my feedback and the reason for the four stars, improve your customer service by having at least two people helping clients. The store had a few people waiting plus the take out orders coming in, he was doing an amazing job giving the circumstances but he should have to do so much by himself.“

The number six meatball BOSS taste better here than anywhere else. I try them all. This subway is the best.
