“My wife and I visited this establishment in Kennesaw 1600 New West Rd. Suite 201 on the evening of December 12, 2025.Found two young men working there very polite. David has exceptional service. Our sandwich was served hot and hit the spot. Ample ingredients. Will visit again.“
“Great place for lunch. I read the review about the customer alleging the thrown sandwich by the man working the counter. I was sitting by the window when this happened. Not only did I not see the employee throw anything, the customer came out of her car, entered the store, and threw the sandwich into the store and left. I think the employees who work there are great and see them put up with many poorly behaved customers“
“I’ve been coming to this Subway for a while, and the recent changes under the new management are night and day. You can really tell there’s been a focus on quality and better service lately. The staff is attentive, the restaurant is clean, and the food has been consistently fresh. It’s great to see this level of improvement—I’ll definitely be making this my go-to spot for lunch again. Highly recommend stopping by if you haven't been in a while!“

“There was only one person working but he was managing very well. That's my feedback and the reason for the four stars, improve your customer service by having at least two people helping clients. The store had a few people waiting plus the take out orders coming in, he was doing an amazing job giving the circumstances but he should have to do so much by himself.“
