“Hands down, this was the best experience I’ve ever had at a Subway—and honestly, at any fast-food restaurant.

From the moment I pulled up to the drive-thru, Brandy, the supervisor, and Brian, who took my order, were absolutely outstanding. They were professional, friendly, and incredibly attentive. Brian got my order exactly right the first time without me having to repeat myself, and everything was prepared perfectly.

What really made this visit special was the exceptional customer service. They were genuinely kind, made me feel so welcomed, and treated me like a valued guest. They even gave my dog, Ocean, the royal treatment, making him feel just as special as I did!

Fast, accurate, warm, and above and beyond in every way. If every restaurant had employees like Brandy and Brian, the world would be a much happier place. They deserve every bit of recognition for the amazing job they do. I’ll definitely be back!“

“This is the subway I always go to, I attend a university in Waleska and the subway there ans in Canton is so much more average than this one that I always make the drive to come here!

I left a bag in the dining area and I didnt realize for over an hour and the nice employee working had it saved for us in the back!!! She had bangs and wore a bandana, I wish I caught her name!!! Absolute lifesaver!!!“

“I don't really understand how anybody could possibly talk bad about the new manager. She is absolutely awesome. These people are, so petty and they cry, and whine about the tiniest stuff, oh, my gosh, I didn't get to use my $2 reward. Let me make a huge scene, because I'm a spoiled brat with nothing better to do.. The new manager has flipped that store around so well, it is so incredibly clean. She has pretty much gotten a whole new staff. Because the old staff was not a very good set of people. And she goes above and beyond every day, I go in there to make sure I get everything that I need to make sure that I am happy Hands down the best Subway in Woodstock.I don't care what anybody else says.I will never go to any other subway ever again. Every time I go in there, no matter who is working.They always have a smile on their face and they are always ready to help me Always ask me how my day is going And make sure to tell me to have a wonderful blessed day. I think this store has done a complete 360 since the last manager finally left. “The sandwich artist was excellent. He made the sandwiches perfectly and was such a friendly and polite person. We enjoyed eating in the shop as we usually take our sandwiches home. He was very informative about meals which included drinks and chips. Definitely will eat at this location again.“
