We’re located in Roswell and have not been in over 5 years now. We just recently celebrated our wedding anniversary and decided to share that celebration with Copeland’s for brunch. Aww man, it did not disappoint. This particular day we went on a Saturday which for us is recommended since Sundays are always extremely packed and the wait is an hour or more. “All I have to say is WOW! Had the traditional gyro here one day and came back the next day for the exact same thing. It was SO yummy! It's an ideal grab and go meal for lunch or dinner. The business seems to be a one-man show but the owner is hospitable and keeps the place as clean and best he can. I'd suggest anyone in the area to give it a try!“

Megan was so easy to work with and made planning our event so easy. The patio was a perfect spot and was able to hold all of the team and parents. The new bag boil was on the menu tonight & was great; wishing for a bit larger portion of lobster as it was 1 tail spilt in half and the portion itself was a tad small. “This was the best authentic Thai food I’ve had in a very long time! We started with the fried tofu, basil rolls and dumplings and they were fantastic. The dinner entrees we had included the Bangkok Noodles and Red Curry which were delicious and great portion sizes. We even enjoyed the Manho sticky rice dessert! Will definitely return!“
