I love this Zaxby’s location. They have great service and a fantastic guy with autism who works the dinning room. Great job employing a person with a disability!!

Based on reviews, the Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings location off of Baker Rd has mixed experiences. The remodeled location was filthy, with a black bathroom trash can, slick/greasy floors, and a disgusting table. The food was good, but one reviewer would not eat inside again. Another reviewer received a heavily watered down high sea fruit punch that was not even red, and felt the staff from 7 PM to 8 PM should be ashamed. However, other reviews note great staff and customer service, with a team that works together and guides customers on the best options. The food is always fresh and hot, freshly made. One customer ordered chicken finger tacos online but the restaurant was out of them; the young lady was very kind, apologetic, and professional. The first time back in a while was very friendly, easy to order, with a short wait for hot and fresh food. The remodel made it difficult for a group of six to sit together, as the previous round tables are gone and only two rectangular tables could be pushed together.
