I would recommend this place as my burrito was very good. However, the menu did not state that it would cost extra if you ordered your burrito with steak. I added a little bit of extra meat which there was a charge. When I got to the register I was told my burrito was $18 which was insane! If you were going to charge separate for the beef, steak, and chicken then your menu should specify that. I usually have to order my food. I can’t leave my job to go pick anything up. And the food is amazing, but isn’t amazing is the fact that you guys do not answer your phone. I’ve worked in customer service food specifically for a while as well. I was able to still get customer calls and make pizzas.
