The worst experience I've had in a long time. Took 50 minutes from waiting in line to getting all my food. I ordered 1 coffee, 1 donut, 1 lemon loaf, & 1 wrap. There were 5 people working, and they didn't know what was going on. Great Wolf Lodge management had to come help and it still was a mess.
This place was severely understaffed when i was there with only 3 people ahead of me. At 3pm on a saturday it was a 20 minute to wait to just get a medium coffee and the poor lady working there was completely overwhelmed with no one to help her! Dunkin should be ashamed for not providing more staffing. Also, the one employee working there advised me against buying the donut holes i waited there 20 minutes for because they were stale and a day old! I gave her a $5 tip for working...read full review

Great a Dunkin! Yeah right complete opposite. They need to shut this location down already. You pay for a nice stay and the vibe you get from the employees is off. On top of that service doesn't exist lines down the hallway barely any employees running the show moving at a snails pace. What a turn off.
