Have to wait to long just for a dog, 20 min. Employees parking where the order boxes are. So lazy so dumb
Great place to eat and great customer service
My family and I will not be back. May have just been a bad day, but not much went right. The person taking my order said their AC was out and they were short staffed, ok I understand. First, I was at the order window in the drive thru and had to wait almost 20 minutes to place my order. Their ice cream machine, slush machine, and tea brewing machine were down, and they were out of diet coke. Tots and fries were greasy and had no salt. Sonic Drive-In offers good food, including the Garlic Burger and Combo Bacon Dbl, although temperature and delivery timing can be inconsistent. The service can be slow, and the carhop's attitude may not always be enthusiastic. The drive-in concept is not always well-executed, with customers sometimes having to wait or get out of their cars. Despite some issues, the food is generally delicious, and improvements are hoped for in the future.
