“Great service from very friendly people, Had an amazing time from beginning to end, Food was amazing and atmosphere was super welcoming. I would highly recommend this establishment for a great dining experience.
Parking: Very easy parking“
“Food -- Steak & cheese Bowl -- also biscuit & Sawmill Gravey -- was good quality, hot, fresh, and surprisingly nice size portions
Service -- all the servers were happy & friendly ladies. All dressed up for Christmas
Atmosphere -- Waffle Hse isn't a place you go to for atmosphere. However, the place was very clean and decorated for the season.
Kid-friendliness: Yes this place is very kids friendly with kids menus and most kids will like all the energy the place is always full of anytime of the day.
Wheelchair accessibility: Although it is 100% ADA compliant
There is very limited ADA table and counter space.
Also they can get pretty busy and wheelchairs maybe a challenge“
“Our waitress was the black woman. She had to serve 4 booths with 2 people in them and 2 people in single chairs. Then she had to help make food, clean dishes, refill drinks, remake coffee. Doing all of this while the other two white female employees sat in the back talking and laughing. She couldn’t even serve us properly because they forced her to do ALL the work. They say racism is over but apparently at the Waffle House at New Franklin Road in LaGrange, Georgia, it’s ALIVE AND WELL. I saw no other reason for why they treated the lady like that and made her do all the work for the hour and 30 minutes my Aunt and I sat to eat there. PLEASE DO BETTER WAFFLE HOUSE!!

“I have never been in a Waffle House where I feel like I'm sitting in my mother's kitchen. The respect and love they give is undeniable, the food is to die for delicious, very, very clean this waffle house is so amazing I just don't understand why it is not always packed. laughter and an amazing time to just eat, talk, unwind rather it be for breakfast or lunch. at the bottom it ask which dishes I recommend all of them.“
“The people here are really friendly. The food is good, they arent free from mistakes but theyre willing to fix their errors, just let them know. Honestly my favorite spot to go to in the area, much better than mcdonalds or arbys or wendys which are nearby. Jukebox! It gets a bit busy when theres events in town, but its good vibes here.“
