I stopped by the Lavonia location several times and random times of day and the service has been EXCELLENT! I do online orders each time I stop by for rewards points and my order (customized always) has been PERFECT! Something drastically changed here and it changed in a great way! I highly recommend! I love the convenient hours and availability! It makes my life easier, for sure! ☕️🧡🩷
The location is having serious supply issues lately, and today they're not able to make lattes because both of their machines are out for repair BUT the employees I've dealt with have been friendly and accommodating in spite of the abuse they're probably taking over this stuff. I was offered an apology, a refund, or two alternatives to the latte I ordered without having to ask. Good customer service goes a long way with me, so thank you gals for making the best of a tough job!
This was my first time at this location, and I had a great experience. There were a few cars in the drive-thru, but the line moved quickly. The young lady who waited on me was awesome, and she had no problem adding another item to my order. Great service, friendly staff, and a nice, clean store. I’ll definitely be back!

While the location does not specialize in donuts anymore and the availability of popular donuts can be limited, the team strives to exceed expectations with customized orders and kind gestures. Some customers have noted that certain items may run out due to high demand, especially on busy days. Although there are minor improvements needed, such as reducing coffee grounds in cups, the overall experience remains positive. The location is relatively new and clean, making it easy for customers to grab a quick bite or meet their coffee cravings. With convenient hours and availability, Dunkin' continues to be a satisfying stop for many.
