Was pretty good. Needed some coffee…that’s about it, was on par with probably a Starbucks.
Not very clean. One of the workers was sitting behind the counter eating zaxbys near the coffee station. Broken table and chair. Looked very dirty behind the counter
So when i tell you i haven't been in joe mugss since i was 16 lol i hadnt been in so long but they had great customer service and same great selection. I got the frozen hot chocolate as usual and it was amazing ! It tastes just as good as the one from Serendipity in Las Vegas years ago . If you're ever around Sugarloaf mills for sure run into Books A Million bookstore and grab coffee .
