The food is usually ok. But the service is bad. I don't think the problem is that the employees don't care because they're very polite Misty of the time. However they have a big problem with their processes or training because they get the orders wrong so often I have to check my bag and take a sip of my drink before pulling off. I went to this McDonald’s late night, and I still got good customer service even though the food was a little cold and stale. They were not rude when I took the food back so they can redo it.

The secret to this particular location is to order inside. The drive through line, for whatever reason, just moves slow. Have run an experiment 3 times where my wife will go through drive through and I will order inside. Same order, both to go, and I have consistently come out ahead by at least 5 minutes.
