“We came to Sugarloaf Mills to see a movie and have a day with the kids. We decided to eat first and most of us chose Panda Express. The food was prepared quickly and it tasted good. The service was good; everyone was pleasant and their area was clean. I was expecting prices to be higher at the mall, but I paid right around $11.00 for this bowl and drink. We also go the apple pie egg rolls because none of us had tried them. We liked all of our food. The temperatures were perfect and the taste was too.“
“I stopped by Panda Express to try their new Buldak Chicken collab, and it did not disappoint! The flavor was bold and delicious. The staff here was incredibly friendly and attentive from the moment I walked in. When I asked about their in-house lemonade tea, one of the workers offered to let me sample all of them so I could be sure of my choice—and I’m glad I did because I ended up choosing something completely different.
They paid attention to every detail, even asking if I wanted specific sauces with my meal. While I was eating, another staff member came around to see if I needed extra condiments and even mentioned that we could fill out a survey regardless of whether we liked the service (which I definitely did!). Overall, the service was FANTASTIC and really made the visit memorable. I’ll definitely be coming back!“
