“I come to this Starbucks nearly every day since their manager (Kenny) donated to our companies food drive for the kids of Gwinnett county. I absolutely love the store, atmosphere, and they always get my weird drink right.
I hadn’t posted a review until now because I’ve been having a hard time lately - but today I got my drink and there was a unicorn on it. I almost cried because it really made me smile and brought some happiness to my day.

“Always love getting coffee and a cake pop here at Starbucks. They have such a fantastic atmosphere and so many choices in drinks and confectionaries. They also have a wide variety of their own merch based cups. They have friendly employees as well. A great place for a coffee date and a good meet up spot for visiting with friends and family.“

“I’m not the type to leave online reviews, except for this time… The drink itself is delicious, but I know you guys are capable of mixing the matcha powder more evenly, right? Out of the 10 times I’ve ordered a matcha latte here, about 8 times the powder was still clumpy like this. That’s really the only downside😿“

Yet today you sold me yellow, stale apples in the protein box. And when I asked if I could get a box without the yellow apples, you said it was the last one. I made the mistake of accepting it.

Maybe offer to discount the price? Or credit for another day?

“Wanted a coffee. Went inside, no line. Ordered quickly. Had my large black coffee fast. My wife cup of Fru-fru took awhile. All was good. Service polite. Drive thru was empty 1 minute, slammed the next.

Parking: Park in their space, drive thru may lock you in. Park in front of another business but be careful.“

“Was stuck between choosing the iced apple crisp macchiato or the pumpkin spice cold brew. I asked the barista ( I think his name is Sergio ) which one he thinks taste better and he said he could make me a sort of a mix of both . It turned out really good and I’m glad he was able to make that for me .“
