Wendy's chili & baked potato have always been my only option given my gluten allergy. I don't know if they changed the recipe or they didn't stir the pot but I received a thin, runny chili flavored soup. A few beans & ground beef crumbles but mainly a cup of tomato broth.
The staff here is amazing!! I had the longest day and I was beaten down with exhaustion. Fortunately I received the best service from Gale and the rest of the amazing crew at this Wendys. I don't expect much placing an order 30 minutes before closing, but the staff here went above and beyond for me. Wendy's is a popular spot for quick and affordable meals. Their biggie bags are a favorite, often costing less than $6. The spicy chicken sandwich lives up to its name, and the Pretzel Bacon Baconator is a pleasant surprise. Fries are consistently hot, and the service is friendly and attentive, with the night crew especially helpful. The restaurant is generally clean and not very busy, making it a comfortable place to dine inside. However, during the week, it can get very crowded, and wait times may reach an hour, so ordering online and picking up is recommended. The quality of chicken may not be as high as in some other fast-food chains, and sometimes the fries are not filled to the top, reflecting shrinkflation. Despite that, many customers feel good about going there and appreciate the good customer service.
