Really rude in drive through, mas mad I asked a question. Also plz bring back the giant wrapsssss!!
I don’t know if everybody is in a bad mood every day, but every time I go there for lunch the people at the food window has a horrible attitude and gives me a sassy response. The only one who I’ve had a good experience with was the manager. I thought maybe a couple times it has happened was just a coincidence, but it’s EVERY time. The food is good, but the service is what makes me not want to go back.
The only problem with this Zaxbys is that the lines are extremely too long. The food is hot. And service is nice but every time I visit the drive-through is around the building and it takes 7-10 minutes to get food after ordering
