“I’ve never had a bad experience here at this location and everyone is always nice and polite when I do order.

I will say I see a lot of comments about how they got the “ delivered “ message and it not being there. I as well have had that happen and it would be like 10-15 mins later my pizza was delivered so I do think that needs to be fixed or update the system. Other than that this location is great 🖤“

“Called in our order. Price was good and pizza was even better. Like that you can call in the order and park right in front of the building to go inside and pick it up. It was ready and hot waiting on me to pick up. No line. Very easy and fast service. Forgot to take a picture but will add next time we go up there. They wasn't that busy with orders walking in but was very busy with call in orders.

Parking: Call in a order and you can pull right up to the front of the building and park and go inside get your oder.“

“I absolutely love eating here! I go at least twice a week. The atmosphere is always inviting. The bathrooms are clean. The food is hot and fresh. The workers are amazing and friendly. The other customers are engaging and courteous. I like the lighting. It is one of my favorites in Albany. If you haven’t been you should definitely check it out and if you have you should go again!!“

“I had a fantastic experience at Mellow Mushroom! The vibe was welcoming and fun, and the food was amazing. The Steakhouse Pizza was absolutely delicious, with tender steak, rich flavors, and a perfect blend of toppings. The crust was crispy on the outside and soft inside, making every bite irresistible. The service was friendly and attentive. Overall, a memorable meal in a great atmosphere. Highly recommend!“

“Had an interesting lunch experience today. The pizza was tasty. Our server was awesome. During our a stay a man came in off the street and had a psychotic episode. The staff acted quickly to contact EMS. I was a little taken aback by the manager’s handling of the situation. Several patrons, myself included, rushed to the man’s aid. We quickly deduced it was a psychiatric issue requiring medical attention. The manager grabbed the phone from the hostess and demanded the police escort the man off his property and then walked away. Thankfully, an ambulance came to his rescue first. But there was no follow up afterward. No table touches to ensure the children present weren’t scared, etc. It’s a little disappointing that in this day and age we’re not more compassionate to our fellow man. The food and service were great, but the management leaves a little to be desired.“

“Very blessed to have chosen this Marcos location for dinner this evening. My boyfriend, dogs and I are staying here temporarily in survival of the hurricane. I briefly make a joke with the General Manager, not knowing he was at the time, and this man walked away while the lady was showing me my pizzas and when he came back, he set another pizza on my other boxes and said nothing. I asked him what this was for and he simply said don’t worry about it. It’s on the house. This GM went above and beyond to provide my family another pizza free of charge and he asked me if I needed anything else, to let him know. This means so much for me and my family. Thank you again so much 🙏🏻✨“

“My family and I have invested in the Gold Pass offered here (like a membership) and we’re here OFTEN. The food and service is always outstanding. With our gold pass there’s a 50% discount on the food which makes it really affordable. We also got the reusable cups, so never pay for drinks. Since this is an indoor activity for the kids to stay entertained for 2-3 hours, it’s a frequently requested family activity in our household. I would definitely recommend this location over the other Chuck E. Cheese locations we’ve been in the past. Way cleaner and way friendlier!“

“I wouldn’t change a thing about the quality of the food or service they was very polite and it was just an all around great experience but the drive through well it could’ve been much better from concrete to the gravel driveway around the back of another stop and nothing to tell you to turn right because if you turn left you’ll be stuck. Also I know they make good money because for two large pizzas and some cheese bread was $38.and some change so $40. The pizza and cheese bread was excellent tho so if your looking for great pizza go to this place trust me

Parking: The drive through is a little bit outa the normal you don’t really think there’s an drive though until your in the parking lot and then it’s oddly placed inbetween dominos an another store in which you have to drive around the back of on gravel path but the food delicious. I wouldn’t let the driveway keep me from eating that great pizza. And in which come out in a pretty decent amount of time also.“

“Pizza hut is a long time family favorite of ours. I am dissapointed that they are now charging for parmesean cheese but I'm sure it due to a greedy few. ? Anyways, we the cheese is stringy and the flavors are on point. The I pregnant taste like they are fresh. I miss the lunch buffets. I'm not sure if they are doing that anymore anywhere but I'm going to check!“

“I went there to get one slice of pizza. I left with my slice of pizza, boneless lemon pepper chicken wings, curly fries, and ice cold lemonade. I sat in the courtyard and ate my delicious meal. I will recommend Brick Oven Pizzeria to others.“
