THEY TRIED IT!! It definitely isn’t Harolds, or Uncle Remus for that matter. It’s Chicago “inspired”. If you are in a pinch, and don’t feel like driving all the way to the Ice Bar, or travel home to Chicago, this place will do.
Noticed that this restaurant had a halal sign on its window. Called and spoke with the manager. They would not tell me what company processes the meat only that it says halal on the box. They were very adamant in not telling me the company like it's some trade secret.
I love this place!! Food is consistent Thealways fees and well seasoned. Employees are all very nice and professional. The owner's son can benefit from some customer service training but he's not there often.
