I went here two nights ago with my brother. The food tasted good but the service was awful. Firstly, why do you feel the need to cheat people out of their change whenever they pay cash? I shouldn’t have to worry about the payment method I use when I go to a place. It saddens me that I have to treat grown adults like children. This is the Dunkin of choice for me between two that are close by. I rarely have a problem ordering online and picking up my order. One time I did have a problem and my order wasn’t ready, I had someone who seemed like a manager personally get my order together and gave me a couple of extra donuts for the kids. Great customer service.Kid-friendliness: My kids have gotten more than a couple of free donuts by just coming in with me. They love it when that happens.

I did a pick up order, and part of my order was incorrect! However, I was on my way somewhere, and did not have the time to turn around to return to the restaurant!! Also, they dumped all of my donuts in a bag together without any wrapping paper between them. Seriously?!
