Okay. First of all , let me start by saying I love dunkin' donuts over all over coffee shops to begin with. This is definitely one of my go to locations. I prefer the staff here over all other Duncan locations.
Please train employees to take bills that are 50 or 100 or update your policy. You are in a restaurant business dealing with money. There’s no reason why employees can’t take those bills if a manager is not on duty.

I am having to use this Dunkin because mine is closed temporarily and they can't get it right consistently. They microwave their toasted breakfast sandwiches so they are chewy. The last two mornings I have gotten the wrong sandwich altogether even though the tag on the bag is right. Please do better.
