This location gets worse and worse each time I visit. Last week the drinks were horrible and today I am missing items. The one on Lawrenceville highway was this bad which is why I started going to this one, but since that one has been closed it feels like this location is getting just as bad.

I am having to use this Dunkin because mine is closed temporarily and they can't get it right consistently. They microwave their toasted breakfast sandwiches so they are chewy. The last two mornings I have gotten the wrong sandwich altogether even though the tag on the bag is right. Please do better.

Okay. First of all , let me start by saying I love dunkin' donuts over all over coffee shops to begin with. This is definitely one of my go to locations. I prefer the staff here over all other Duncan locations.

Stopped by in the morning for a coffee and hash browns, got home and realized they were B U R N T beyond being edible and my coffee didnt get any sugar. Worst food ive recieved in a while.

Got two iced coffees and they had no cream or sugar. Then we got two orders of hash browns and one was so burnt you couldn't chew them while the other looked and tasted burnt but was mushy and undercooked? Then got a sausage egg and cheese and the egg literally looked watery like it wasn't actually cooked and was just thawed in the hot hold box. All the while the cashier was more interested in my dogs in the back seat than actually making sure the orders are edible. Not to mention we were the first of two cars in their line.. Didn't even bother trying to get it fixed because I figured the outcome would be the same. What a disappointing experience.
