The food was good but they ruin the experience with the service. As usual for this chain, they rush you from the drive-thru window, unable to check your bag, and to let you find out they forgot your burgers.How do you hand food to a customer without verifying their order first? Verify the bag, then hand it over to the customer, and if a mistake has been made, don't get nasty, just corrected.There is something wrong with this chain culture.
Unfriendly cashier, we had to take our own receipt off the register, because she walked away. Floors were slippery in some areas and sticky in others. All tables were dirty. Drink machine was gross looking with syrup all over it. No ketchup or tea for dining room customers. And 2 employees standing around playing on their phones.

The food and service is good. Area in store was clean and uncluttered. However, be advised the $5 biggie bag doesn't exist anymore. If you want a biggie bag you have 2 choices for $7 and 3 choices for $6. In the restaurant the sign for the biggie bag has tape over it so the prices are barely visible. I wish Wendy's would pull the ad. It's a disappointment to not have the $5 biggie bag as advertised on the television.
