“Jewel Bakery is one of my favorite bakeries in Douglasville! Everything I've tried has been absolutely delicious, but my favorites are the Key Lime Lemon, Blueberry Lemon, and Caramel Pound Cake. Each one is moist, flavorful, and made to perfection. The flavors are rich without being overly sweet, and you can truly taste the quality in every bite. What makes Jewel Bakery even more special is the owner. She has a wonderful personality, is always friendly, and is truly a breath of fresh air. You can tell she loves what she does and genuinely enjoys her customers. I live a little farther away, so I often have my treats DoorDashed to my house, and they always arrive fresh and just as delicious as if I had picked them up myself. It was a last minute spur of the moment thought too…well she made it happen y’all!!! Ordered the Chocolate Ganache Monday and received it Thursday special delivery all the way to Augusta, GA and everyone enjoyed every bit of it…served with strawberries and raspberries/cool whip…it was fresh and moist to the last piece…thank you so much for making this special thought happen for us…I highly recommend for sure!!! “As soon as the door opened up, they are greeting you with a smile. The wait was not long and while waiting they get to know the customer. That was an A+ for me. My order was brought to me with a smile. Make sure to get the snow cone. It was good right alone with the food.“

I showed her a photo and she OVER delivered, the cake looked just like the photo and tasted even better. I will be getting mine and my family’s cakes from her every time.“

“The food is excellent, it hurts the attitude that one of their waitresses has, she is not at all friendly, I think she is the same one who takes calls, a complete bitter person. I hope they change it one day so I can return to consuming them.“

“Came in on 08/05, Tuesday, customer service wasn’t as friendly, but we tried again today 08/07/25, Thursday at 9ish and the staff was marvelous! we were welcomed by a young lady with blue hair, so kind and we ordered with a beautiful purple and pink hair who made our ice cream, she was so nice!! and then checked out with a straight dark hair guy, he was so kind. 10/10 customer service and we bought four ice creams for like 20 bucks!! the three of them were amazing and funny!“
