However; this location was the complete opposite this time. Now I travel a lot as I'm retired from work. So I've been in and eaten in just about 4 or 5 Olive Garden Restaurants between Miami Florida and Washington D C. This location got it right. They served very well prepared food and hot, not warm. The drinks were well made and the ice tea was great. Our server was da'bomb!!!! Ok so look, pass your secret to the other locations between Florida and Washington D C, and there's nothing to worry about except will your dinning room hold the people.... She is not only reliable but also brings a positive attitude and genuine kindness to every delivery, no matter the time of day. It's rare to find such dedication and warmth in customer service, and I believe she is a true asset to your team. Her name is Leah and she’s your most loving, genuine, kind delivery driver I’ve ever encountered in a very long time!

However, I’ve noticed that her vehicle has recently needed repairs, and despite this, she continues to provide top-notch service without complaint. I stopped her one day to ask her because I’ve seen she has some new damage to her car and it looks as if someone hit her and when I asked she did say it was a hit and run situation. She’s mentioned that her car is over 10 years old and that she’s working hard to get a new one.

As a community, I believe we can come together to support this young lady who has gone above and beyond for us. I’m personally committed to tipping more for her deliveries, but I would also like to encourage fellow customers to consider contributing in any way they can, whether it’s through tips or other means, so that we can help her either repair her current vehicle or, even better, assist in getting her a new one.

To the management: I would also like to request that you consider recognizing her hard work and dedication with a well-deserved raise. In today’s world, finding such positive and reliable employees is truly rare, and I hope her efforts don’t go unnoticed.

“I’ve waited a few tries to make sure it wasn’t a fluke. This has become our go to pizza night place. I have no idea why reviews are so low because each time we’ve ordered it’s been ready in under 20 mins(even at 6p on a Friday), it’s hot and tasty, and the place seems well staffed with friendly employees. Glad we found it!“
