Ordered a breakfast combo via the website , when my mother got there and brought my food to me they only gave her the sandwich in the combo. No potatoes no orange juice. My mom goes back and asks about the missing hash brown. She sarcastically tells her they don’t sell hashbrowns as if she doesn’t know what she’s talking about. Be serious. I ordered from the drive-thru and the girl who was taking the order kept getting the order wrong and told me to speak up so I did and she said to me people need to chill out and I could hear other workers in the background saying racial slurs
Pulled up to the drive through and who ever was taking orders acted like I was inconveniencing them! I kept having to repeat what I wanted. Also you could hear other people in the background laughing and goofing around. Absolutely poor customer service not worth it in my opinion
