Last night my husband ordered two combos and one of the fries didn't come with the other combo and the fries were cold in the bag with the first combo now I don't know who's responsible for the night shift but the people who are working there on night shift need to be fired because that's bad business and poor customer service and night shift needs to do better that makes no sense.
Food was fresh, and service was quick. The inside was very clean as well as the restroom.
Very slow. Recieved old fries after waiting for my food n then the employee wanted to argue about giving me fresh fries….

Wendy's is a popular fast food destination, known for its friendly staff and freshly cooked meals. The drive-through service is quick and efficient, with staff members like the one working on December 20th, 2023, going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. While perfection is not always guaranteed, the food is usually hot and made to order, with hot fries and burgers that meet customers' expectations.
