Everything!! They were out of tartar sauce....how in the hell is a seafood restaurant out of tartar sauce. This is all on management. They should have mentioned this before customers order seafood, mainly, fish.
Check the attitude at the door before you come work. The cooks gave very small portions of the side like they may be out of those too soon.
The customer service at this location has always been bad. You stop patronizing them for almost a year, come back...read full review
Very unhappy with my family meal today...after waiting 40 minutes...I got it and got home to find the order was wrong...none of my requested condiments were in the bag....I went all the way back and showed the error on my $37 receipt and they didn’t want to remake the whole order...only add overcooked fish so still went home with old cold items...just a hot mess
