I eat here about once every two weeks for lunch. The server is always the same lady and she is super nice. The food takes a while to arrive if you don't order a special, but it's is always hot, fresh, and very good!
I visited this restaurant about two weeks ago and the food was to be expected as to what is normally served in this particular food chain. The customer service was very good. However, it is located in a pretty bad neighborhood and sometimes you get homeless people who may walk inside the establishment Begging for money. Besides that the food was decent.
The food was delicious and freshly cooked. I was having a craving and I enjoyed every morsel. Only one thing that was a little odd. I ordered coleslaw as a side and it did not have a lid on it. I am glad my hubby was driving so I had the food in my lap vs coleslaw covering the whole meal. Just saying.
