Has anybody been in the Zaxby's lately at the corner of Rockbridge and Deshon? The last time I had gone it was a couple of months ago. I waited so long at the drive-thru that I decided to go in. When I walked into the restaurant. It was only one customer in there. The smell of weed smoking was so strong. I thought I had grown a head full of hair. Not only did the drive-through line wrap around the corner and take more time than the norm, but their were two employees (side by side/ no mask) eating/licking their fingers in or near the kitchen. I didn't see any washing of the hands. Not sanitary at all. They claimed they had permission to do so.
Last, but not least, they never get the order right. If you drive off without checking inside the bag, you get half your order. And they get made when they have to complete...read full review
