“We love the yardbird salad at work and have catered from y’all several times! I ordered it this week for my father-in-law and our family to enjoy after receiving a sad diagnosis. Unfortunately, he had to go to the hospital right after I picked up the salad (this was Wednesday). I brought it to work today (since we all love it) and so it wouldn’t waste. I called today to order more of the dressing (had turned brown since it has avacado) and a few cookies. When I arrived to pick up the dressing, I was given the wrong size which is fine and explained I needed dressing for the group salad and I will pay for it. I was given an attitude and was asked “did you not eat the salad when we gave it to you two days ago?”. I politely said no and explained my situation and was still met with attitude. Just posting this as a friendly reminder to be nice to people- you never know what someone is going through! Also, your dressing is yummy so take a request for extra as a compliment instead of being rude.“

“I ordered delivery on the panera bread app. I know that panera uses DoorDash as the third party that delivers the food.

My DoorDash driver stole my order. Meaning, they picked up the order and then cancelled it.

The staff at the Loganville Store handled the issue beautifully. When I got the notification that my order was cancelled, I called the store to inquire about the situation. The staff was very friendly at the store and did inform me that my order was picked up, they said to just wait to see if it gets delivered and if not, they would handle it.

About five minutes or so later, after speaking with my partner, it made the most sense to just call the store back and see what could be done. We knew at this point that the DoorDasher stole the order.

The staff member on the phone offered a few different solutions to rectify the situation. I chose to have them remake the order and I would just come get it.

Upon arriving at the store, EVERY STAFF MEMBER was extremely kind and friendly.

I waited about 2 minutes after arriving at the store for the staff to complete the order. Once again, extremely sweet staff and the order was made exactly right.

I asked to speak to the manager, as I wasn’t sure how to get my money back for the tip for the driver or the delivery fee. The manager explained that she refunded the entire order and had the staff remake it because she felt extremely bad that this situation happened. I offered to pay for the order and she kindly told me that it wasn’t necessary, apologized for the inconvenience.

I believe every staff member went above and beyond to make my experience better. Each staff member deserves recognition and honestly, a raise.

I was a bit frustrated at the DoorDash driver for stealing my order, but maybe that person just needed to eat. With how bad the cost of living is, maybe they needed the food more than me.

I want to give a huge shoutout to the staff at the Loganville Panera. They were awesome. It was much appreciated.

“I was going into this expecting this to be one of your average, hipster "weeb trap" spots like most boba shops in the US. However, I am delighted to say they very much proved me wrong.

Even just walking in, the atmosphere is PRISTINE. I haven't been in a café this nice since Sweet Brown Suga in Rosebud. Everything is so confortable, especially the lounge. Of course, their boba and slushes are good, and they even have some Taiwanese food, including Taiwanese chicken nuggets, which are some of the best chicken nuggets/popcorn chicken I've had in a long time.

Cuckoo's Café really seems like it would be a wonderful place to go often. Definitely the best boba place in Atlanta, even better than Gong Cha/Kremo and King Kong Milk Tea in Morrow-- And that's because it's so much more than JUST a boba place. I'll definitely be coming back.“

The owner, originally from Bosnia, struggled with English but was incredibly generous, giving me a free coffee since I only had card.

This coffee shop stands out with its simplicity. There are no menus or overly complicated, syrupy coffees—just authentic, straightforward cappuccinos. As a former barista, I know many customers enjoy flavored milk, but there are also those who appreciate unique, small businesses like this one. I wish they could market themselves better to reach their full potential because they have great potential!!

Regarding the smoking signs and the "aroma" of cigars, I didn't notice any smell. Some customers were smoking outside, but it didn't bother me. The door was kept shut, preventing any smoke from entering the coffee shop. For those complaining about cigarette smells in their reviews, a reality check: people do smoke. If you’re highly sensitive to it, you might want to consider staying home.
