“Had a wonderful experience with my husband at Bread & Butterfly this morning/afternoon for brunch! Food was amazing, atmosphere was inviting and service was impeccable!!! Highly recommend this restaurant and even got to talk directly with the owner/head chef Bill! If you are in the area or even if not make the drive, it will be well worth it!!! Neighborhood where it is located, Inman Park, is very nice as well with lots of walk-ability and less than 2 miles from downtown Atlanta, so make it a day or weekend trip.“

“The lady boss at this cafe is always kind and hospitable as well as her workers. Food esp sandwiches and desserts are affordable and as good as it gets for quality and value. Tables and bathroom always clean on every visit. Open lighting and plentiful tables make it a nice to study, gather work, enjoy a break/ personal time. Better than most cafes of this type out there.“

“This is a lovely hidden gem. I’m here at their busy time when inside seating is mostly occupied. There is comfy seating in the peaceful, quiet lobby immediately outside. No table space or outlets in the lobby to plug in a charger, but the chairs are very nice. I’m enjoying a specialty quality light roast drip with some cream. Delightful and really wild, probably was roasted just a few days ago.“

“We have been looking for a place that offered something unique and flavorful. Our sandwiches were perfect and the service was excellent. I tried the veggie sub and my husband tried the turkey sub with pear and goat cheese. We are so happy to have discovered this restaurant and can’t wait to go back.

“Saw lots of good things about this place online but was a little disappointed when we went. We got there shortly after they opened at 9am on a Monday and the pastry cabinets were practically empty. They were out of all of their famous pastries. We still tried a few from the discount basket (yesterday's pastries at 30% off) but they definitely weren't as fresh and fluffy as the freshly baked ones. We probably just went at the wrong time. The chocolate croissant was still very good though! The strawberry matcha was sweet and had a nice fresh flavor too. The atmosphere in here is really nice, lots of good little nooks and crannies and nice decorations and lighting. Plenty of seats for when they're busy too. The worker was very helpful and friendly. Overall great experience, but I wish there had been a larger selection of pastries when we went.“

I was so thrilled to discover a place where I can enjoy top-tier coffee and amazing pastries together without having to go to a separate specialty coffee shop! “On a mission to have breakfast today, without waiting in a long line, I stumbled on a jewel in the former location of soul food restaurants, Deacon Burton’s/Son’s Place in Inman Park. The Breakfast Burrito, Salmon on Toast, champagne, etc., were delicious and Complimentary!! Unbeknown to us, restaurant was having a “private intro” to the community and a staff training event. Melanie (Owner/Host) welcomed us in like we were family. Her husband Micheal was so excited to hear about my many visits to Deacon Burton’s. Can’t wait to go back. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️“

“The food was really good! I got the avocado toast with egg and my friend got a crepe, and both were good. The inside is also so pretty and has such a cute vibe.

The only downside was that the service was pretty slow. There was only one server working, but she was doing her best and was super sweet and attentive. I think having another person helping her out would’ve made things run a lot smoother.

I also tried the matcha, it didn’t really taste like matcha. It was pretty sweet, but it didn’t taste bad. Overall, I’d definitely come back for the food and the atmosphere.“

“I needed a last-minute cake, something special, and most bakeries close early. So I headed over to the Queen of Sheba, which google maps promised would have cakes until 8. But they didn't have the flavor requested! Disaster. A customer said tiramisu was a house specialty, and the young lady behind the counter agreed that it was her favorite. Even though tiramisu is a gamble with a new crowd, I went for it. It was one of the most delicious, perfect cakes I've ever had. That any of us had ever had. It's what all other tiramisu wishes it could be. Good price, too. I 100% will get my next cake there.“

They are even fun for kids to play before eating. If I had to tell someone to try some taiyaki, this place is it. I highly recommend trying them out for fresh over usual frozen store brought taiyaki. “I love this local spot. Most everyone at the bar knows one another. Kind of like “Cheers” with a twang. I shouldn’t be reviewing it because I don’t want it to get more crowded 🤣 I love the bar side. The food is always consistent. I love that you can get one slice of pizza! But my favorite is the BLT. They really make a good BLT. The prices are the best around. The bartender is always busy but not so busy that you have to wait. Watching her and how hard she works is a small wonder. This place is my go to if I don’t feel like cooking. The coffee was surprisingly affordable, and honestly, it may have been some of the best coffee I have ever had! I ordered a white chocolate mocha, and I can truly say it was the best mocha I have ever tried. It was absolutely delicious! The white chocolate flavor was perfect and not overwhelmed by the coffee—it had just the right balance, exactly how I like it.
My husband ordered a cinnamon honey coffee, and his was also amazing! 🍯☕
