“Went to The Buttery recently after reading their menu many times. Looked at everything in the store before deciding it wasn’t a great idea to take one of everything, but should come back and just try a few things at a time. I purchased a chicken pot pie, frozen cookie dough, coronation chicken salad, two dog biscuits, and a slice of loaf cake. Everything was amazing (I cannot confirm the dog biscuits were tasty, but my pups inhaled them with no crumbs left). I will be going back again to order one of their many items for call-in or 18 hour prep, now that I know the food is comforting, delicious and amazingly fresh. All of the employees in the store were helpful, friendly and happy to let me know what they thought I should purchase for my family’s taste - they were correct! “This was my first time at this cafe and everything was great :) the staff was super kind and patient with me as i decided. you can tell they really know their stuff and are proud to serve it. I typically don’t leave reviews, but what really made me want to leave a review is I can appreciate a good latte; but this was a great latte. Perfect flavor to espresso ratio, the milk was steamed to the perfect temperature. Pumpkin muffin was soooooo good. “I always see their drive thru pretty busy, so today I dropped by to see inside. As soon as I walked in the smell of Coffee filled the air. I was impressed by how clean the cafe was and was immediately welcomed by the staff. I got the Jasmine Milk Tea with boba and It was the best I’ve had around Gwinnett. You can tell they use high quality teas. I also tried a sample of their signature mung bean milk tea, which they said is made from real products not powder. I will get that one next time as a desert drink. I’m so glad I found my new go to spot. 10/10 definitely recommend to anyone in search of a cute hangout with drive thru. There's different types of sitting from communal tables to comfy single armchairs to high top tables by the windows. There's a comfortable and lively vibe. You will see students and professionals there. Just be for warned that it's not the quietest place to study or work so bring a headphone. He usually puts cream in his coffee but didn't even want to, it tasted so good. We didn't get any of the pastries but they were very tempting. Service was exceptional. Ordering was a little bit disorganized as the line was shifted when approached the front. The Mascarpone was delicious, the tart taste of the lychee made it a little too bitter at the end. The custard was a little plain for my taste. The fruit tart was fresh and flavorful, the cream was not overly sweet and tart was crispy. Fruit tarts are a hit or miss. Ample parking with clean bathrooms.“
