I frequent this store because it’s convenient but today I was very disappointed. Today I was going to care for my 85 year old mother. I decided to get her some ice cream along with a chicken strip meal. Well I got to her house and there was no ice cream in the bag. I called and was told o could either get a store credit or come back to the store. I couldn’t leave my mom to go back and I requested a refund to my account and could not get it. Always a great experience at any Chick-fil-A, even better or just as well served at Truett’s. 2nd time dining in at the Grayson location and was more than pleased with the food and service.
Chloe took exceptional care of us and even found out we had a Birthday in the family and offered a special treat for the Birthday girl. She was one of the kindest or sweetest waitresses we’ve had anywhere.

We had a wonderful experience at this new location! I ordered the loaded waffle fries (and a cookie!) and they were delicious! Special shout-out to Andrew, our server! He was amazing! Super friendly, attentive, and made the experience that much better!
