“The wingstop manager in Hewitt TX is absolutely dreadful with how she treats people. She screamed at me and kicked me out of the store when I was there to pick up an order for a customer. I didn't do anything wrong. Shame on you Wingstop for putting such an abusive person in a leadership role. Her conduct reflects on your reputation.“

“We went to Champion Wings & Fish after bowling at Funtime Bowling in the same plaza, since most of us were unable to get our wing orders. The customer service was great from the staff. We were able to taste a few of their wing sauces before placing the order upon request. We dined in because they had booths, which let the family hang out and chat a little longer.

I ordered a 2 piece swai combo with 6 sweet chili wings. It came with my choice of a soda & french fries. They also had the infamous lemonade, peach drink & red fruit punch. My son had a 6 pcs with fries (hot flavor) since he had ate right before next door. My husband ordered the 6 pcs spicy teriyaki with fries. My other relatives opted for other wing flavors with fries (spicy garlic & spicy teriyaki). Each combo came with a lot of french fries! It was worth it for the price.

My food was hot and fresh! I really liked the wing flavor choice and the swai. I also used the restroom to wash my hands and it was clean.

I will come back for wings or fish again if in the area.“

“I work locally near the Stockbridge, GA Hwy 138e location and my team orders food there often. The food is always hot, good, and ready as stated. Their customer service is top notch. In the past I had problems with an order and the manager, Shannon, who is always so helpful, made sure everything was corrected and satisfactory. She is always smiling, and this is her disposition each time I see her. On my last visit, I locked my keys in the car. We did not ask for help, but the owner Mr. Atik, Shannon, and other staff took turns coming out to check on us, laugh with us and assist in helping us. Eventually we got in the car. We are so thankful you took the time out of your day to help with our crazy situation. Thank you all for your excellent customer service and good food at great prices. We will return again and again.“

“The food is great but as of late the service is terrible, my past two visits I have called ahead after leaving work in Atlanta, only to be placed on hold for the entire duration of my drive. It has been the same person both times and once confronted about it they showed little to no care for my time or their lack of professionalism. “The beef bulgogi here is hands-down one of the best I’ve had. The meat was super tender and full of flavor, perfectly marinated with just the right balance of sweet and savory. You could really taste the garlic, soy, and sesame in every bite. It had a great grilled char that gave it an extra depth of flavor without being overcooked.

Served with rice and kimchi, the whole dish was incredibly satisfying. Portion size was generous too. If you’re a fan of Korean BBQ or just want to try something amazing, do yourself a favor and order the bulgogi. You won’t regret it.“

U get a lot of food for the money ? which I feel is expensive but not too expensive. I'm more of if I'm paying 16.00 for a meal then that meal needs to look like I paid 17.50. ( just me). But yes, please try American Wings & Hibachi and let me know what you think.“

Other than the customer service lacking, I don’t have any major complaints. They lack customer service real bad. You can tell it’s not personal though. Also, the fish wasn’t seasoned at all but I mean after I added the hot sauce and tartar sauce it was cool.“

The drinks were watered down, I would check the bottles if I were management to assure Alcohol were in them. I had a Top Shelf Long Island and they charged me for each shot 10.00 or more! So that one drink was 40-50 dollars!! They didn’t let me know ahead of time either. I thought since I had not had a drink in a very long time that would be too heavy and I would need my table to help me, but it was like nothing and the table was in shock that I identified “the host said it was all all alcohol in my glass and tonic on the side.” It was not!!!“

“Okay, I had no true plans to enter but the music and man sitting outside, created an atmosphere that was welcoming. The young man at the front that took the order is an introvert (which is okay). He was kind and let me review my order before leaving.
I got one of each patty, jerk chicken and wings. It was great food. The plantains were hands down my favorite of all local spots I’ve tried.
If I had to give any feedback, it was warm inside (reminded me of being home in PR) but still warm. The rice didn’t taste fresh but it was still good.

Again I’ll be coming back and surprised they don’t have a line out the door! ?“
