Both the Dairy Queens...Jesup & Ludowici lack in customer service. I stopped at the one in Jesup since I was there, both drink and ice cream machines were not working. About a month ago the AC was out. So I head back home and stop at the one in Ludowici, waited so long at drive through at the window for a shake to than get it without what I asked for, whipped cream, I give it to the girl and she gives it back with maybe a teaspoon swirl of whipped cream. Doors Under the drink dispenser needs wiped down it was quite gross.Also . while waiting and watching people wait for food to go, i notice and wonder why they give ice cream before the hot food ever came ? (ice creams melts in the 15 minutes waiting to get hot foods)Watched a customer ask for a new Blizzard because it melted while she waited for her order.But besides that it was fine .

Very clean store and what can I say about a Dairy Queen. Good ice-cream and staff is very nice.Parking: Right off main street and in large open area.Kid-friendliness: I don't know of any Dairy Queen that is not kid friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: Front opens easily for wheelchair access.
